When a new invoice is created, we will send it to you by email. In the e-mail we include a link that allows you to access the invoice directly. If you have any other invoices open and/or want to pay, you can see all your invoices in My Cloud86 and pay them directly there.
Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard
Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:
- Go to the url: my.cloud86.io
- Enter the email address you used when registering.
- When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.
My invoices overview
- Click in the linkermenu on Billing and then on My Invoices.
- Then click on the invoice you want to see the details of. You can also download the invoice in .pdf format.
Pay my invoice
We offer several options for paying your invoices. The most common options are via direct debit, online banking or credit card. To set up direct debit, please use the manual Enable Direct Debit. To pay outstanding invoices directly in My Cloud86, please follow these steps:
- Go to the specific invoice you want to pay (see steps above)
- In the right menu choose the payment method. (If you choose iDEAL, you will also have to choose your bank).
- Then click Pay and you will be redirected to our payment provider.
Pay my invoice by bank transfer
If you prefer to transfer the invoice via bank transfer, you can find all our company details and account information on the contact page of our website (https://cloud86.io/contact/).
