An email alias is an additional email address attached to an existing email address. Emails to this address always arrive at the main email address and is often used when you have an email address that is known but no longer monitored.
Login on Plesk Control Panel
- In My Cloud86 (link), click in the left menu on My Services.
- Click the 3 dots behind the web hosting package you want to see in Plesk and click View Details.
- Under the heading Manage Webhosting (middle of the page), click on Websites & Domains.
- You will now be automatically logged into the Plesk Control Panel.

Plesk: Setting up email aliases
- In Plesk, click in the left menu on Mail.
- Click on the email address you want to set an alias for (in our example info@cloud86example.com)
- Click the Email Aliases tab at the top and enter the mail aliases you want to use. It is not possible to add another domain as an alias, see the article: Email forwarding instead.
