Plesk: Where can I find my server name and ip address?

To set up the website and mail you use our Plesk servers. These servers all have an ip address, which are four numbers with dots in between (for example: 45.82.191.14) and a server name (for example: shared10.cloud86-host.io). This data is used for linking the website, mail and making FTP connections.

If you have multiple Web Hosting Packages, they may be on different servers and therefore have their own ip address and network name. These details can be found in My Cloud86 and in Plesk.

Server details in My Cloud86

  1. Login on My Cloud86.
  2. Click in the left menu on My Services.

  3. Then click the 3 dots behind the web hosting package where the domain's DNS Zone is registered and click View Details.

  4. Scroll down and look by Hosting Information.

Server details in Plesk Control Panel

  1. Go to the Plesk environment (guide)
  2. The server name is now in the url bar at the top (in our example shared10.cloud86-host.io).

  3. You can find the ip address at Websites & Domains open a domain and look in the lower left corner (in our example 45.82.191.14).
