Change your customer information

In My Cloud86, you can easily change your customer information. Just follow the following steps: 

Step 1: Log in to My Cloud86 

Start by logging in to My Cloud86. Use the login details you created during registration. Have you lost your login details? Then choose Forgot password. New login details will be sent to the email address you used during registration. 

Step 2: Go to your profile settings 

Click on your name at the top right of your screen. 

Then choose My information

Step 3: Modify your data 

Edit the data you want to change and click Save Changes to confirm your changes. Your data has now been updated.
