Setup automatic direct debit

By using direct debit you will never again be late with your payments. Newly issued invoices for renewals are automatically debited from your account and you don't have to worry about them anymore.

Note: new orders and/ or adjustments of services will always require payment via (internet) banking or credit card first

Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard

Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:

  1. Go to the url:
  2. Enter the email address you used when registering.
  3. When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.

Setup direct debit

  1. Click in the right top on the user (your name) and then on Account Details.

  2. Under the heading Bankaccount details you can enter an account holder and account number and then check the box indicating you want to use direct debit.

New invoices will now be collected automatically, but existing invoices will not. You still have to pay these via (internet) banking or credit card. Go to the overview of all your invoices to pay outstanding invoices.
