Change domain contact information

Sometimes you may want to change the contact information of your domain name. You can do this yourself via My Cloud86. The contact information at the domain registry will be updated at the same time.

Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard

Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:

  1. Go to the url:
  2. Enter the email address you used when registering.
  3. When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.

Update domain holder information

  1. In the left menu, click Domains and then My Domains.

  2. Click the 3 dots behind the domain you want to change the contact information for and choose Edit Contact Information data.
  3. Here you see an overview of the Owner Contact, Admin Contact and Tech Contact details of the domain. You can edit these here and when you are done choose Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

You can also choose to use the existing contact information, where it adopts the data from your profile in My Cloud86.

After your modified data are saved, after some time you will receive an email from the domain registrar notifying you that the domain name's holder data have been changed.
