Renewal and cancellation

We will automatically renew services and domains to prevent unintended termination. Failure to do so can lead to major problems: For example, a domain may get hijacked and/or email may stop working, causing you to miss important messages. 

14-day cancellation period

At least 2 weeks before the renewal of the service you will receive an invoice from us. This can be seen as a reminder of renewal after which you will then have 14 days to cancel the service and/or domain before the invoice becomes final. If you do so, the invoice will be credited and you won't have to pay that invoice. 

Renewal final

If you send the cancellation after those 14 days, it is too late to cancel. After 15 days the open invoice becomes final and must be paid.
