If you want to transfer your domain, you need a so-called EPP key. This is a code or a kind of password that you need to be able to transfer your domain. This code is sometimes also called a transfer token.
Note: Before you move the domain, make sure the DNS settings at the other party are setup and correct. After moving the domain, our DNS Zone will no longer be active by default.
Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard
Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:
- Go to the url: my.cloud86.io
- Enter the email address you used when registering.
- When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.
Requesting EPP key/transfer token
- In My Cloud86, click in the left menu on Domains and then on My domains.
- Then click the 3 dots behind the domain for which you want to get the EPP key/transfer token and click Manage domain.
- Under the Manage heading, click on Get EPP Code.
- You now get a notification with the EPP code for that domain.
- You will need to enter this code at the other provider
Note: For .be domains, you will have to request the EPP/transfer code from dnsbelgium.be.
