When purchasing a web hosting plan, you receive an introductory discount for the entire first contract period. This discount applies exclusively to new web hosting plans. After this initial period, your web hosting plan is automatically converted into a monthly cancellable subscription at the standard rate.
About one month before your web hosting contract expires, you will receive an email from us with the option to renew it. Signing a new long-term web hosting contract can also provide you with an additional discount. You can receive between 10% and 25% discount starting from the Webhosting Medium plan.
Note: this discount does not apply to Webhosting Start, Managed VPS products, Microsoft subscriptions, or domain names.
The steps below explain how to renew your web hosting contract and potentially make use of this discount on the standard rate.
Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard
Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:
- Go to the url: my.cloud86.io
- Enter the email address you used when registering.
- When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.
Web hosting contract renewal
- Click in the left menu on My Services.
- Then click the 3 dots behind the web hosting package you want to extend and click View Details.
- When you are ready to renew the contract, an orange button will appear that says Change Billing Cycle. This button is just below the large blue and white fields.
- Choose your new contract period and press order.
If you do not extend your plan, we will automatically change it to a monthly subscription.
