When your contract period expires you can extend your contract. We will send you a reminder about this via e-mail as soon as this option becomes available. A new long-term contract can give you a discount.
Login on My Cloud86 Dashboard
Use the following steps to log in to Cloud86:
- Go to the url: my.cloud86.io
- Enter the email address you used when registering.
- When you placed the order, you provided a password for your account. Forgot which password you used? Then have a new one sent to you via the forgotten password link.
Web hosting contract renewal
- Click in the left menu on My Services.
- Then click the 3 dots behind the web hosting package you want to extend and click View Details.
- When you are ready to renew the contract, an orange button will appear that says Renew Contract. This button is just below the large blue and white fields.
- Choose your new contract period and press order.
If you do not extend your plan, we will automatically change it to a monthly subscription.
