For illustration purposes, we use the domain cloud86example.com always replace it with your own domain in question. The domain is whatever is behind the @ sign in the mail address (@cloud86example.com) or entered in the url bar in the browser (after https://www. or https://).
Login on Plesk Control Panel

Add IMAP to iPhone or iPad (QR code)
Note: this method only works if the website and mail are on the same web hosting plan. Is this not the case? Then see Add email account on iPhone or iPad (manually) and use the Plesk server name instead of your domain name as shown in How to use the Cloud86 mail server with an external website.
- In Plesk, In the left menu, click on Mail and for the email address you want to add click on the information icon () on the right.
- In the pop-up menu, click iOS Mail on iPhone or iPad and a QR code will appear on the screen.
- On your iPhone or iPad go to the camera and scan the qr code. A pop-up will appear with a link, in our example cloud86example.com.
- Click on the link and you will be redirected to a page that asks if you want to download a configuration profile, click Allow here, then you will get a message Profile downloaded and click close.
- After closing the notification, you go to Settings on the iPhone/iPad. It will say Profile downloaded at the top, click on it.
- If the profile matches the email address you want to add, click Install at the top right. And then click Install again.
- After you click Install, you will be asked to enter the password for the mail account. Enter the password and click Next. If you don't remember the password you can reset it with Change email password. Note that you will have to change the password in all other email clients.
- The email address has now been added. If you go to the mail app on the iPhone/iPad, you will now see the additional mail address.
Unable to add the mail account via the QR code? There is an alternative guide where you enter the IMAP and SMTP data directly, for that guide see: Adding email account on iPhone or iPad (manually).
Note: If you can't remove the email address that has been added by a configuration profile, you probably do not have the rights for it. You can set the rights by going to General> VPN- en devicemanagement. See https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252757753?sortBy=best for more information.
